At NCLEX Study Guides, we strive to provide high-quality digital study materials to help you succeed in your NCLEX preparation. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will only be granted under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Digital Product Policy

All NCLEX Study Guides products are digital downloads and are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving an electronic product that cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund of the duplicate charge.

  • Non-Delivery of Digital Product – If you do not receive your purchased product within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still have not received it, contact us, and we will resend the download link.

  • Defective or Corrupted Files – If the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, we will provide a working version or issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Incorrect email address provided at checkout.

  • Failure to download or use the product within the expected timeframe.

  • Unauthorized purchases made by someone else on your behalf.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name and email address used for the purchase.

  • Order number and proof of purchase.

  • Description of the issue (e.g., duplicate purchase, non-delivery, defective file).

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
